We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Eligible claims include items damaged in transit, expired goods, defective items, incorrect products, or change-of-mind returns, provided the items are in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Due to sanctity and hygiene guidelines, opened puja samagri, customized gemstone mounts, or planetary yantras are non-refundable once rituals or customization have begun.

Method: Returns can be sent by mail or dropped off at designated return points.
Return Shipping & Restocking: Free return shipping (a prepaid label is provided upon request) with no restocking fee ($0).
